Aikido Training & Nakasendo Walking

In out busy lives it is often difficult to schedule in important experiences or activities that we know we really should. Often, when we visit Japan for training we often only see the inside of a plane, train and a dojo. This tour balances experiencing training in several aikido dojo's with immersing ourselves in some cultural Japanese experience.

Aikido, za-sen meditation, a brief sojourn along the Nakasendo Post Road, staying in traditional accommodation and eating locally prepared cuisine enables you to see Japan in one of the most enriching ways possible, walking through the countryside and interacting with Japanese people.
